Senior Décor FAQs

1. Do you have a showroom?

While Senior Décor’s local warehouse is not open to the public, we do have fully furnished Model Studios and Apartments for your viewing at many Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living and Senior Living Communities throughout the Metro Atlanta area. This allows us to pass along substantial cost savings while providing you the opportunity view our work at many convenient locations.

2. Can I purchase only certain items from your packages separately?

Yes, you can. We know how important it is for your new home to be an extension of your personality. Senior Décor’s dedicated designer can assist with incorporating that special heirloom piece or favorite chair within your new furniture package. We can provide anything from a single bed and nightstand, to a full turn-key package that includes is move-in.

3. How much is delivery and setup for my package?

Senior Décor waives the charge for design, delivery and setup for our “Complete Furnishing Packages.” Individual furniture and décor pieces may be subject to a minimum delivery and setup charge depending on location and size of order. In cases like this we will provide a delivery/setup quote prior to your order.

4. How quickly can I receive my furniture package?

We will work with you on your deadline. If all items you choose are in stock, we can typically set up delivery and install very quickly after you purchase your package. See How It Works page.

5. What if I want to substitute an item in the room package?

Senior Décor’s room and apartment packages are carefully designed to provide a beautiful and comfortable space for your convenience. However, we certainly understand that some items may not meet your individual taste or needs. Your dedicated designer can help you choose individual items that you will love!

6. What happens if one of my items is damaged during delivery/install?

Your dedicated designer or lead installer will review the completed project with you after installation. If there are any issues noted at that time, repair or replacement will be scheduled as part of your purchase guarantee.

7. What happens if the item I ordered is not available?

The majority of our furniture packages are in stock in Atlanta, so we can usually delivery very quickly. However, if a select item is not immediately available, your dedicated designer will let you know the status of that item. If you choose not to wait for a specific item, your dedicated designer can help you choose a similar replacement.

8. What is the warranty on the furnishings?

Senior Décor’s furniture and décor packages are sourced through a long list of wholesale furniture and decor vendors allowing for the most diverse and unique designs and options. Each manufacturer offers different product warranties. Your dedicated designer can give you detail warranty policies per those manufacturers.

9. Do you offer a discount to interior designers and decorators?

Yes, we offer trade pricing to interior designers, architects and decorators. Please contact us directly for further details at 404-793-0154.

10. Do you accept refunds or exchanges if the item does not fit in my room?

While Senior Décor’s goal is to provide a quality experience from start to finish, items within complete room package are custom ordered and sold as a whole unit with any substitutions made during the design phase. If there is dissatisfaction of the performance of an item it will be considered on an individual basis.

11. Do you deliver outside of Atlanta?
