Studio and Apartment Packages - SeniorDecor provides reasonable delivery and white glove install of your approved, final layout on all Complete Studio and Apartment Packages. For liability reasons, the apartment must be unoccupied while our team is unboxing and setting up. If you’d like to do a walk-through together after install, we can give you an hour's notice (call or text) before completion so that you can come while the install team is still on property. If that is not possible, we will send a lot of pictures and a video to you once complete.
Single Items - Single items will be delivered on an agreed upon delivery date. Delivery and Setup charges may apply but a quote will be provided prior to purchase.
Our goal is to ensure that you love your new home the minute you walk in the door. In order to assure that all details are correct prior to your delivery we start with a free session with your designated designer either in-person or on the phone to gain detailed understanding of your needs and tastes. Our designer will then prepare and send a Furnishing Options Presentation for your review which can be adjusted until you are happy with your design and options.
You have 3 days from the day of actual move-in to request changes. We do not charge restocking fees or delivery fees for single item returns or swap outs. Single items will be delivered on an agreed upon delivery date.
Package and multiple item returns that are not damaged are subject to a restocking fee and applicable pick-up labor/delivery fees. **Manufacturer defects do not apply and are covered under manufacturers warranty.
"Custom Ordered" items can not be exchanged or refunded once purchased. Your designer will make sure you are aware of any items that are custom ordered.
** For sanitary reasons bedding related products (including, but not limited to: pillows, mattress sets, mattress pads, bed linens, towels and rugs, etc. ) are not returnable after they have been used or removed from the original package. **Manufacturer defects do not apply and are covered under manufacturers warranty.
If during the install we discover any defects or damaged items while unboxing, we will do our best to replace the item with identical piece(s) as quickly as possible and typically no longer than 1-2 business days. If for some reason the exact piece is not available we will work with you to replace it with a similar or better piece at no additional charge. For beds and critical functional pieces we will always ensure you have those in place prior to your move-in.
SeniorDecor’s furniture and decor packages are sourced through a long list of wholesale furniture and decor vendors allowing for the most diverse and unique designs and options. Each manufacturer offers different product warranties per item. Your dedicated designer can give you the detailed warranty policies per those manufacturers. For the first year, SeniorDecor will work with the manufacturer directly if a defect does arise to immediately replace or repair. You can always contact us and we will service any issues personally.
